Vint Falken cracked another great story - this time about moving content from Second Life to Multiverse. I haven't played with it (yet), but the process looks simple enough - and has some bonuses that I wasn't thinking to bother with when I was considering exporting content. Like what? Like 'Creates DAE Model that can be imported into most 3D Modeling tools (3D Max, Maya, Blender)'.
This is pretty good news for serious content creators who don't want to be limited to Second Life. It is still in Alpha - and Mike Sutton's avatar, Lightninboy Snook, is the go-to guy for this as far as I can tell right now.

I somehow doubt it handles scripts and so forth - but it is a solid step in the right direction. Congratulations, Lightninboy Snook.
