Second Life on "The Office" Tonight. (One of my favorite shows! Woot!)

It seems like SL is getting more and more tv mentions these days. Last week I was happy when I was watching the new show "The Big Bang" and one of the geeky main characters asked the other if He wanted to play second life, and the other responded something to the effect of, " I'm not in the mood to see You in avatar form". I didn't expect it and it made me laugh to see mention of "My little world". And I know very few people who didn't watch the CSI New York episode last night where it featured over 15 minites of footage shot in game. Very edited glorifed and unrealistic footage, but Second Life footage. By far the best description I have read of the episode was by Vivianne Draper on my favorite forum HERE.

Well tonight on NBC Second Life will make an appearance in "The Office". According to the shows website details..

Woot! I'm far more excited about this than I was about CSI because The Office is one of my favorite shows. Theres a few shows I watch on a regular basis, but this is the one me and my RL husband really wait for each week. We tivo it and won't watch it until he's off work and were both home together. It's the show we look forward to and share. Well I think tonight I'm going to break that rule and watch it right when it comes on because of tonight's content. I think he'll understand.
