Well I really really really REALLY want to get my sim Nerdagara Falls more active and filled up. As You may or may not know a while back I offered 1 free month rent to anyone who needed an apartment. Now I will extend that offer to any open unrented spot in the sim. Most spots consist of combo buildings that are shops on the bottom and apatments above, along with a few just shops or just apartments. There are a few guidelines. You must keep the space well kept and classy to fit into the sim (no junk yardsales ect), You must join a group for object placement, and you must read, understand, and agree to the sim rules (see the in about land) covenant.
