Nerdalicious Goes For Sale. Upper Class Commercial Sim.

Tonight I started getting Nerdalicious Plots ready and listed for sale.  It's covenant and set up gear it to be a upper class quality commercial sim.  4096 meter plots will be sold at $30720L and will include 28 days of free tier when purchased from me directly.  After the first 28 days 4096 meter lots will have a $8192L a month tier and maintenance fee.  I'm very excited about this sim and think it will turn out very nice.  Please check it out here.   <3 Sarah
