More financial scandals appearing, but off the mainstream radar. Apparently Global Credit and Global Presidents are at risk...

Subject: Global Credit

Global Credit introduced itself soliciting investment funds with reasonable future returns. Listed owners were Kitila Cortes and Seargent Crossair. Kitila did most of the talking.

They were looking for a startup capital of 300K. I invested 50K, kenny Stringer 25K and one other investor thought to have also put 25K. There may have been others, but not known to me. Despite inquiries, Global never disclosed either its business plan nor the scheme for some credit card plot.

After a short time Kitila claimed to have been called away and announced leaving SL (he resigned from Global) turning the business over to Seargent Crossair. That one disappeared shortly there after as well. I reported both to Linden for Fraud, but as well known Linden did not take any action to my knowledge.

When Kitila reappeared on the scene, initially with an ALT, I contacted him asking for my money back. he blamed Seargant as having stolen the accounts. I heard that Seargent is also back in SL. Seems they blaming each other.
Both are now shown as owners of a new group "Global Presidents" possibly planning a new con.

Despite several attempts to recover my investment, neither responds playing a delaying game unwilling to accept their responsibility for the lost investment.

Summary: I feel having been conned out of 50K. Same goes for Kenny Stringer.

How can this type of swindle in SL be stopped????

The name 'Seargent Crossair' rang a bell - and sure enough, I'd bumped into him before when he had a problem with Landbaron Merlin. He also ripped off Landbaron Merlin, and that was the last I heard of him. I don't know what to make of this new information.

KITILA Cortes I know of from the Global Credit Review. Personally, I don't know what to make of it. Seargent and KITILA were unavailable for comment.

Another source has also made similar allegations, but has asked to remain unnamed. Corroboration seems to indicate that there is something shady going on or a very poorly handled situation.
