I don't think it's just
I don't think it's just Desmond expanding. Plenty of estates with plenty of capital and a flexible business model are expanding also. Obviously the fluctuation in prices is unsettling and makes conditions difficult but the actual flow of customers as been as high as ever in my experience.
BTW wait 'till you discoverd the Restrained Life viewer.
